Applications for the National Association of Women in Construction Chapter #194 are now being accepted until April 30, 2022. One Scholarship is awarded annually to a student that is accepted, or currently attending, a College, University, or Technical Trade School, pursuing a career in a construction related field. Applicants enrolling in a college or University must have a 3.00 or better grade point average to apply. Applicants enrolling in a Technical Trade School must have a 2.60 or better grade point average to apply.
The Scholarship automatically renews for 4 years, as long as the student continues to meet the eligibility requirements. One Thousand Dollars is awarded each year, with a maximum of Four Thousand Dollars awarded per recipient.
NAWIC’s core purpose is to enhance the success of women in the construction industry through leadership development, professional education, and community outreach.
