Thank you to The Christman Company for hosting us at The Mercy Health Campus in Muskegon. The job site tour was interesting and informative. Learning about the use of pre-fabricated MEP racks was especially interesting. These racks allow the mechanical contractor to configure ducting, hosing and tubing that will be located in the ceiling space as pre-assembled racks. These sections or “racks” are then mounted to the ceiling, reducing the amount of overhead work required in the field.
The new patient room layouts will change the way all patients will feel while spending their time in the hospital. Private rooms and private bathrooms will give patients privacy and space during their stay. The new innovations that Mercy Health is implementing for patient care will benefit all Mercy Health Patients in the Lakeshore Area.
